PRICING IN U.S. DOLLARS
Tommy Bahama Canada enjoys some website support services from our affiliated companies in the United States. As a result, the prices we show on the website and the charges we show at checkout are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). Since the purchase is in USD, your credit card transaction with us may be subject to currency exchange rules and international transaction fees from your credit card company.

Orders you place with us online are shipped at the rate of US$12 per order for Purolator Ground or US$16 per order for Purolator Express service.
Taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout on the total of product cost plus shipping times the tax rate of the province to which your order is being delivered. Tommy Bahama does not charge duty on orders shipped to Canada.
HST rates are set by each participating province. As a GST/HST registrant (Tommy Bahama Canada ULC # 82089 2537 RT001), we charge either the appropriate rate for the province to which your order is being delivered or, where applicable, only federal GST.
For orders shipped to an address in British Columbia, we (Tommy Bahama Canada ULC PST-1049-0113) will charge a combined GST/PST rate of 12%.
All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Due to certain regulations, not all products visible on the website are available for purchase in Canada. Please refer to individual products for restrictions.
All items in stock are typically delivered within 5-8 business days when shipped via Purolator Ground or within 2-4 business days when shipped via Purolator Express. Orders placed with us after 10am PT typically will be shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations. (A "business day" is Monday through Friday, not including holidays in Canada or the U.S.).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to make any exchanges necessary for fit or preference. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed products may be returned if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Women's swimwear must have all tags and the hygienic liner intact. Returns after 90 days of purchase may be subject to a reduced refund.
We offer free shipping on exchange orders within Canada. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please call Guest Services at 1.866.986.8282 for assistance. We will process your exchange order and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item. We will charge you the purchase price for the exchange order, but once we receive your return we will credit you the cost of the original item.
Returns are always free using the pre-paid return shipping label on orders shipped to Canada. For gift returns and oversized items, please call Guest Services at 1.866.986.8282.
To complete your return, use the pre-paid return shipping label that was included in your package. You can also reprint or email your return label by logging in to My Account or clicking on Track Orders.
Canadian returns will ship via Canada Post. Please allow for transit time from your location as our facilities that process returns are located near Toronto, Ontario. Once received at our facility, processing of your return and credit may take up to 5-8 business days.
RETURNS TO A STORE
Items returned to our Tommy Bahama retail stores (excluding Tommy Bahama Outlet stores) must be accompanied by the original store receipt or online order confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or other form of payment used.
A one-time price adjustment may be made within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, please contact Guest Services at 1.866.986.8282 and have your order number ready. The original sales receipt is required in our retail locations. Note that we can only make adjustments for in-stock styles and colors.
OUTLET STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales at our Tommy Bahama Outlet Stores are final. Products that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging can be exchanged for product of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase at any Tommy Bahama Outlet store. The original receipt is required for all exchanges. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or store credits will be issued.
