Can my order be giftwrapped?
Yes! Well, mostly yes. In the U.S., we can include up to two items in each of our signature handcrafted gift boxes ($5 each). These gift boxes are only available at TommyBahama.com. Large items that don't fit in a box will be hand-wrapped and tied with ribbon. To complete the gift, you can include a personalized greeting printed on our exclusive island-inspired card stock. We'll also keep the prices off the packing slip. Sorry, orders shipping to Canada or international destinations can't be gift wrapped or gift boxed.
How do I use my Gift Card or Award Card on TommyBahama.com?
Whether you have a physical Gift Card, a Virtual Gift Card or an Award Card, the process for redemption is the same.
At checkout, we ask for the PIN associated with your Gift Card; this ensures security when making a purchase. The PIN is the last 4 digits located on the upper-right-hand corner of the back of your Gift Card (for Virtual Gift Cards, the PIN is clearly labeled). Gift Cards purchased in the past without a PIN number cannot be used on TommyBahama.com; these cards are redeemable in Tommy Bahama Retail stores, Tommy Bahama Outlet stores or at Tommy Bahama Restaurants. We do not accept Gift Cards as payment on orders shipping to international destinations other than Canada.

MAUI JIM SUNGLASSES
What is the best way to care for my Maui Jim sunglasses?
As with any quality product, proper care will enhance and prolong the usefulness of your sunglasses and protect your investment. Your sunglasses are coated on the backside of the lens with an anti-reflective (A/R) coating which is essential in eliminating glare and is one of the three elements that make up Maui Jim's patented design. For optimum performance, rinse your sunglasses daily in warm water. Use a mild liquid dish soap or bath soap to wash each lens surface. Dry using a clean, soft, absorbent cloth. Do not use paper-based products to clean your lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners, soaps or detergents that may leave a deposit on the lens. Do not use tissues with added lotions, lanolin, silicone or other cleaners; they will leave a film on the lens.
The multiple coatings on your lenses are resistant to light scratching; however heavy, abusive scratching can break through the coatings and cause visible marks. You can significantly prolong the life of your lenses by removing dirt and other particles with good cleaning practices and keeping your sunglasses in their case while not in use. Good cleaning practices will also help minimize scratching.
Certain common household chemicals will react negatively with the frame material and the metal oxides used on the coatings of your lenses. Avoid contact with acetone (nail polish remover), caustic solutions (such as glass cleaners or other ammonia-based cleaners), hair sprays containing methylene (listed on label), chlorine (from swimming pools or unfiltered water) or glue.
"Hard" water contains high levels of dissolved minerals, especially calcium and magnesium. It is "softened" by the addition of sodium during the filtering process. Everyday examples include pool water and unfiltered water, such as sprinkler water. "Hard" water can be a nuisance to sunglasses wearers, as it leaves white spots on lenses after drying. To avoid spotting, simply rinse any sunglasses or eyeglasses with filtered (tap) water, and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
All Maui Jim sunglasses are saltwater safe and corrosion resistant. As with "hard" water, we suggest you rinse off any sunglasses with filtered (tap) water, and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Excessive heat may deteriorate your lenses or misshape your nylon frame. Avoid placing your sunglasses where you might expect excessive heat (for example, on the dashboard of your car).
We recommend that you visit your local sunglasses retailer periodically to have them tighten the eyewire screws, attached temples and nose bridge.
Clean cloths are a great way to keep your sunglasses clean and smudge free. We recommend you frequently launder your clean cloth to keep if free of debris, dirt and oils that could damage your lenses. Wash in warm soapy water. Do not use fabric softener as this may leave a film on your lenses.
What is the warranty on Maui Jim sunglasses?
Maui Jim sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. Nose pads and temples are free as long as the parts are available. Maui Jim will repair or replace, at their option, any pair of Maui Jims found to be defective and exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.

How did Tommy Bahama get involved with Major League Baseball?
The great George Steinbrenner himself asked Tommy Bahama to put a rum bar in Yankee Stadium. Then the Yankees team store wanted to sell our clothes in the stadium. Eventually, the MLB decided to grant us a licensing agreement to produce high-quality MLB team products, like our Collector's shirts.
How are the teams chosen each season?
We consider a lot of factors. Team standings and popularity are big ones, of course, but we also look at teams approaching a milestone season. Like Fenway Park's 100th year anniversary in 2012 - that made for a great Collector's shirt!
When is the next series available?
The Collector's Series is always launched the last week of March. Spring training merchandise will be available in February.
What about a World Series Champ shirt?
If the winning team is already on our roster for 2016, the words "2016 World Champions" will be added to the existing artwork. If the winning team was not on our roster, we will produce a special shirt for them for delivery around Father's Day.
