I did not want to take them off and I want all the colors. I have medium arches, a medium foot and I ordered my regular size… glad I did not size up because I like to wear regular (not extra thick) socks.

Customer service has lots of conflicting information and I was charged extra fees for their mistake. I would recommend buying from another retailer. EDIT don't be fooled by their reply. Customer service never reached out to fix their mistake.

Always wear a size 91/2 in this brand but this boot was so short my toe hit the toe cap without even standing up. Returned and re-ordered in size 10 which was so huge my toes ended half way to end of toe cap. Confused with the sizing of shoes with this company: sandals wear my regular size 9, sneakers wear a 91/2 but in boots my size doesn't exist and now skeptical ordering any footwear from this company as returning is such a hassle!
