Rated 2 out of 5 by Jessica T2026 from Frustrating experience Ordered in the store but the wrong color was selected by the sales person and then delivered so I had to make another trip to the store to exchange and get the correct color of the jacket ordered. It would be nice if stores carried sufficient inventory so customers wouldn’t be subjected to having to have items delivered or at least get the item ordered correctly initially. I subsequently had to return to the store again because the jacket had not been delivered in the expected timeframe to inquire about the delivery status. All to say this was a pretty frustrating experience. First world problems, but still……

It checked all my boxes! It is everything I thought it would be and more. It looked so cute with a skirt the other day. I would highly recommend.
