Rated 3 out of 5 by red bird from Hunch back The gauze jacket is a nice material but the way it's made was not flattering on me. It has a strip along the middle back that made me look like I had hunch back. It also ran big. I returned and got their white jean jacket which I love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Suslog from Pretty Jacket, Size Down I bought the Island Gauze Field Jacket in navy. Per other reviews stating it ran big, I sized down to an XS. I’m glad I did. It was still roomy enough for a sweater underneath. I’m 5’3” and 125lbs. The jacket is perfect for these cool spring mornings that go into warm afternoons. Light enough to leave on while dining and easy to toss into a tote when the day warms up.

Incredibly soft, the perfect weight for California most of the year, and the navy color will go with most outfits. I am 5'2", 113lbs and I got the xxs. fits perfectly, room for a sweater underneath but not so loose you can't wear it alone. love it.
