Rated 1 out of 5 by disappointed87 from Disappointing I ordered an x-small guessing the jacket would run large. I normally wear a small. It swallowed me like a large. Other reviews I have read are correct -- TB sizing is all over the place and that makes it impossible to shop online. Also have noticed a drop in the overall quality. This jacket had the potential to be really cute with better sizing and a cut that was more flattering in a traditional bomber style. Instead it is just heavy, looks cheap and frumpy. TB needs to get back to its roots.

I’ve only had it for about a week, and there are already several snags and pulled threads in the gauze fabric. For the price, I expected it to hold up better.

I need to return it for a smaller size as it runs big but can't reach customer service. TB's customer service is horrendous. I've emailed three times - no response. I've called 9 times and wait time is between 23 and 47 minutes! Who has that long to sit on the phone? This will definitely make me think twice about future purchases.
