Rated 5 out of 5 by Sngldgt from Fits smaller than the usual Darcy dress cut I have several Darcy dresses, and they fit me perfectly every time. I love that I can order something at the last minute without worrying about the fit. This version is cut smaller. It was just enough that I sent it back, but not enough to reorder a larger size. The shoulders are cut narrower, too. I held it up to my other Darcy dresses, and the difference was clear. The gold zipper is a nice touch, kind of a throwback to the 1940s that eventually became the "thing," but if the dress is too small, it's a no-go because it will pucker. I really love the fabric - it would have been a great fall choice. It moves easily and is soft. The perfect length above the knee.

Dress it up with proper accessories or dress it down for a casual look. Love this dress. I bought it in two sizes and keeping both. Simple lovely and a comfortable fit.

Love the quality of a thick golden zipper with a pull in the back (kinda wish such amazing detail would be featured in the front!) At the time of purchase, ordered one size smaller as well, just to see how it fits - and it arrived in record time - but turned out to be about 10 cm shorter, so keep that in mind - one size difference makes it significantly shorter than I would’ve wanted. So the second dress went as a gift to a friend! Two happy gals in the end :-)
