Rated 2 out of 5 by VuDores from Comfortable shorts, but flawed zipper design I own four pairs of these shorts and have enjoyed them for two summers. They’re comfortable, and I take great care of them, but two pairs now have broken zipper tabs. The thin metal tabs simply aren’t durable, which is surprising for a product at this price point. What made this more frustrating was the customer service response—only a small discount for a clear quality issue. Not what I expect from premium brand such as Tommy Bahama.
