Rated 1 out of 5 by Bayhouse from New fabric for Boracay chino shorts is a flop Very disappointed in the change to the Boracay Chino 9" Shorts to what feels like a more synthetic material in less natural colors. I ordered a pair recently to add an additional color to my collection. The stretch waistband is a "nice to have", but the color is off and the fabric doesn't compare to the soft, brushed cotton feel of the original.

They’re comfortable, and I take great care of them, but two pairs now have broken zipper tabs. The thin metal tabs simply aren’t durable, which is surprising for a product at this price point. What made this more frustrating was the customer service response—only a small discount for a clear quality issue. Not what I expect from premium brand such as Tommy Bahama.
