I have owned, over many years, many, many Tommy Bahama sweatshirts, so I was surprised that this change will keep me from buying more. To begin with the zipper pull is very small while the zipper itself is sewn very tight into the opening, making it nearly impossible for me to open the pocket. Additionally, the zippered pockets do not lie flat when open, leaving ugly bulges in the front of the sweatshirt. I always ensure that the pockets are zipped closed when washing, but that hasn't made a difference at all - the pockets look terrible.
