Rated 1 out of 5 by boo r from flaw + different sizes glasses arrived w/a flaw (black speck & divot in thinnest part of glass). called customer service, hearing a wait time of ~7 hours. left our # for call back (didn’t get a call), so called again first thing next day. waited an hour on hold to reach someone. they did offer to exchange the glass, which was great. however the replacement arrived & the glasses are different sizes (1 w/a noticeable wider diameter). for the very high $ price point, i was expecting attention to detail & more precision. the rep was charged w/many aspects of cross-selling, etc, which i believe is the cause of the long hold time. somewhere along the way, it feels like the TB brand has lost their step in high quality & service. it’s very disappointing. i don’t thing i will purchase again after the last few issues on various items. i’m cheering you on to get this back as the brand used to be very special & unique. i
