Rated 5 out of 5 by alexcat726 from Unique Combination Skin & Lip Balm This skin and lip balm is a great combination. It softens the lips and if needed, your skin. I prefer using this as a lip balm as it keeps your lips soft for a good while. The applicator is wider than a regular lip balm to allow for use on the skin. It is not too wide and is easily applied to the lips.
