Rated 2 out of 5 by Schaelen from Wanted to love them I am a die hard OluKai fan. Like many other reviews, sadly disappointed in this shoe. Lacks the great arch support of other models, including my OluKai slippers and length is shorter than the same size of other models. The woven leather is beautiful, but inconsistent. The pair I received had one show that for well, and the other so loose it wouldn't stay on my foot.

I have to admit, the 8 1/2 fit perfectly , however I thought I should try a size 9 as I was seeking the length to give a little more length at the heel but too big, both the length, so I kept the size 8 1/2 and I’m glad I did because the leather will stretch. Customer service was extraordinary, and the whole process was great! Beautiful shoe !
