Unfortunately, these were not for me. I am between a size 8.5 and 9. I always order a size 9 in Olukai sneakers. The Pehuea fit fine and were roomy. However, when I tried them on in the house, the side of the left sneaker rubbed the side of my foot leaving a red mark. Also, I could feel the edge of the tongue rubbing against my right foot. I did loosen the laces. With these two things I decided to return them, that is the reason for the four stars. I do recommend them as they are comfortable and great looking sneakers. I think these weren't the right sneakers for me.
