I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 in sneakers went with the 7 1/2, very glad i did. Neither stiff nor hard to get on as some of the others are, arch support is excellent and I love the color!

I have high arches and had plantar fasciitis so unfortunately, they didn’t work for me. If I didn’t have these symptoms, these would be great shoes just didn’t work for my feet.
