The stretch weave and no belt holes allows for an infinite number of settings for those with fluctuating weights like me. Or you can loosen it just a bit when you decide to tackle the Tomahawk Steak. The belt is very comfortable to wear and stretches quite a bit so you won't need to size up at all.
