I do have a problem and I hope yu can help me.I bought online in March.2026I love the balloon tires they work so much better! The front tire the small 4 in keeps falling off The plastic axle is cracking and bent . Not sure if was caused by packing it back up . In any case I want to replace that part F on the instructions. I cannot find anything to replace it! I am reaching ourt so you can help me! Thank you...RM

On arrival, one tire was deformed and the second tire has a slit in it. Why did they ever replace the old tires? Now I'm stuck camping and we have no way to walk the mile to beach with all our stuff. Disappointed to say the least.

Rated 3 out of 5 by HelpMe from Sad rear wheels... Our original cart was sturdy & held up so well. This new version is questionable...particularly the rear wheels. Upon adding air, it became mishappen & releasing the excess air was next to impossible. So I am in need of a replacement wheel. After reading comments, the rear tires are a real problem. Why would you change from the solid rear wheels to these? Anyway, I'd like to get a new rear wheel before summer is over.
