Rated 3 out of 5 by AllanG64 from Disappointing Customer Service I bought 2 high-boy beach chairs. When they arrived one of them wasn't assemblied correctly. The Slider under the arm was not connected to the legs. I reported the problem but nobody got back to me. I had to fix the problem myself by unscrewing the plastic part under the arm, inserting the slider into it, then screwing it back. It took a few minutes but I got it done. Love the chairs. I wish they reclined more but I'm really disappointed in the customer service.
