You have to adjust the foot rest before you sit in it because it’s too hard and awkward to do sitting down. My but…..it arrived with a defect - a chip in the plastic arm. I emailed Tommy Bahama last week but I received no response.

We were going to buy this online (and get a $50 off new customer) but it said it was in stock in a store remotely close to us. We wanted it for a getaway long weekend 4-5 days away. The gentleman was very nice and said he could order it (without discount but ok) and that we would get it shipped in 2 days by Fedex and would get it in time. It says it on the receipt also-2 day Fed Ex. We did not get the chair until the following week after we came back from vacation. I was tracking the Fed Ex shipping and it took far longer than the 2 days. So overall the chair was great, but if ordering do not expect that you will get it in 2 days from Fedex. Expect a week or more. We called customer service but said there was nothing they could do about it.
