Here we are in 2025 and 4 months ago a person is complaining about the same thing!! You can do better Tommy Bahama!!! A complete waste of money. After numerous back and forth emails, the best I was given was a small discount on 2 new chairs...very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by STP331 from Replacing the old Tommy Bahama's We had Tommy Bahama outdoor chairs in the past that were very comfortable and lasted many, many years. It was time for replacement so we decided to stick with the Tommy Bahama brand. We received our 2 new Champion's Chair 2.0's yesterday. They are comfortable and seem very durable. We are looking forward to many more years of outdoor use with our Tommy Bahama's.
