Thicker construction, great office or dress shirt
I personally love the thicker/more rigid material, yes it does wrinkle a little more and make it harder to care for, but it works amazing as a dress shirt or for something to wear to the office. It irons a lot better than most other Tommy Bahama shirts and for me the thicker/harder material stays tucked in better. Also, it's a little less stretchy which has pros and cons, I prefer that since it seems to fit a little better as a dude who's not in the best shape; shirt keeps its own form, doesn't take mine like the stretchy shirts do. Either way, not much of a beach shirt but more of an office/nice dinner shirt. Would love to see one or two Tommy Bahama shirts a year made with this material/construction at least as an option. Liked it enough I bought two, will be great office wear.

Starch or Cardboard?
Great looking shirt. But haven't decided if it is made out of recycled cardboard or came pre-starched and un-ironed. Will give it some time to mellow, but have my doubts.

Brittle fabric
The fabric is brittle. Not recommended. Uncomfortable. Please return to 100% untreated cotton that you once offered. Those were great shirts.

Not the Tommy Bahama quality expected
The color is great and the sizing is on par with typical Tommy Bahama shirts. I wear a large in everything but Tommy Bahama, where I wear a medium. So far so good, but the shirt feels like cardboard. And it is super wrinkly. I also bought the Sarasota Stretch Ventura Coast shirt, which is the same material makeup, but that one is super soft and comes out of the dryer not needing any ironing. It's hard to make sense of it. This one looks good, but feels terrible and is high maintenance. Avoid!
