Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not order this hat! This is a wide brimmed, well made sun hat. However, Tommy Bahama stuffs it into a box that is a good two inches too small so that the hat arrives creased and ruined. To top it off, when I called to get a replacement there was a 59 minute wait. When I finally spoke to someone, it took me almst 15 minutes of arguing to make the return. The final resolution was to process a refund that would see my account sometime in the next 3-5 business days and recharge me immediately for another hat. No apology, no expedited mailing, no immediate exchange without rebilling me. Afterward I received an email to review their service which I did immediately. I was shocked to receive a phone call a short while later asking me to share some additional info. Initially I was pleased because I thought someone was following up to make things right. Unfortunately not. It was more to explain why their business practices put them first rather than their customers'.
