As I have owned 7 or 8 pairs with all of them being size 10, I ordered these in a 10. Upon arrival... too snug and shorter than all of my other OluKai sandals. I called up Customer Service and the kind lady suggested we just start a new order now so that I can get the right size promptly. The size 11 arrived a few days later and fit perfectly. I compared these size 11's to my size 10's... nearly identical in length. Believe the reviews that state these run small.
