I purchase these to take on a trip to Spain, not sure if they would be comfortable, but not only are they absolutely beautiful (the stitching is exquisite), they were comfortable the whole trip. I walked almost 20 miles in the 10 days I was there, over cobblestones and through vineyards, and never once had any discomfort. .
