Rated 1 out of 5 by Ortley Guy from Too small and impossible to exchange I purchased these slippers the same size as all my shoes, but they are too small. I'm trying to exchange for a bigger size. The website link for returns does not work since I have no account. I called once and wait was over 20 minutes. I called again and the message said we have heavy call volume, call back later. Terrible customer service. Land's End, Macy's and Kohl's are all better. I am going to stop buying from Tommy Bahama!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kevin27 from Olukai are Junk! I have been a long standing customer of Tommy Bahama and have never been dissatisfied. The organization is excellent! However, my experience with Olukai was the total opposite. The quality of shoes and customer service were terrible. In fact, I sent the pair back to Olukai and never received a refund, exchange, nor a response from the customer service. I trust Tommy Bahama 100%, just be wary of this particular brand!
