They exchanged the shirt no problem. They didn't even make me send back the damaged shirt. This is truly great service and I appreciate the company very much not only for the quality of their products but also for their great customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Todd Langner from As Advertised It’s hard to be impressed with a $110 polo shirt, but this one exceeded expectations. The overall fit was true and excellent. The “Johnny-Collar,” which can often not lay right around one’s neck, stayed perfectly in place all day. The material, Supima cotton, was comfortable, breathable and remained remarkably unwrinkled. I wore it under a contrastingly colored over-shirt to an all-day business meeting and felt like I looked and felt good and was appropriately dressed from beginning to end.
