Rated 5 out of 5 by Bartleby_1945 from Yes, it's corduroy, sort of Anyone who still thinks corduroy is heavy, bulky, and weighty really needs to buy a few of these. This is my third in this particular type of corduroy (slightly different style), and it belies that old prejudice about the fabric. It's comfortable and subtly luxurious, but it's also wearable anytime you want a long-sleeved shirt, from early fall to late spring. In a colder climate, I'd break it out in the summer, too. The contrasting lining adds style, of course, but though you'll garner some compliments, you'll wear it because it just feels good.
