This is a cute dress that looks best in my opinion on someone who is slender or someone who doesn't have weight in either their belly or hips. I had the height for the dress, but I carry some weight in my hips, and didn't like the way it clung to them. A larger size would not have fit elsewhere.

I felt like I was swimming in this dress. Even if I used a belt, it was oversized. Disappointed to say the least. My advice...if you are truly a size small, try a smaller size.
