I originally purchased these shorts because the pockets are almost unrecognizable - not the typical cargo short profile. The best part is room for a phone without the bulky look and feel. I was not disappointed so I purchased additional pairs in different colors. This is the first pair from the newest edition. I like the improvement of the elastic waist. The shorts will fade after multiple washings so be prepared. Sizing runs a little big. Waist on the older version would loosen a bit with wear but would tighten again after washing. A belt helps.
