The County of Maui requires all restaurant guests over the age of 12 to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination and matching identification to enter the restaurant. Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination must show 14 days have passed from the time of the final vaccination. Masks are required except when eating or drinking.
Acceptable Proof of Vaccination:
- Hard copy of vaccination card
- Photo of vaccination card
- Safe travels Hawaii application
- Hawaii smart health card
Matching Identification Must Contain:
- Your name and photo, OR
- Your name and date of birth
- Examples:
o Driver’s License
