Larger than expected poncho
This was huge and more like a poncho rather than a large scarf or wrap. I immediately sent it back. I am a size xxs and had no idea how oversized this was. Tried to explain to customer service and exchange but was difficult due to having used a reward card. My mistake all around for not reading description and reviews thoroughly but took a lot of work and several phone calls to purchase something else in place of this item.
