Can’t make it to one of our locations? Let us bring a Tommy Bahama gift-giving event to you. We’ll set up an on-site Tommy Bahama Pop-Up gifting suite, curated especially for your event. You provide the space, then sit back, and relax… we’ll do the rest! An expert team from Tommy Bahama will set up a selection of products, fixtures, dressing cabanas, branding, and props—and help your guests shop for their selection, ensuring they get just what they want. We’ll work with you to create the perfect selections for your event. Assortments include a variety of men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, and gift items.
Pop-Up Shop Details
- Our local stores host the events; transport, setup and staffing are included in your cost. Some exceptions may apply.
- Event minimums start at $20,000 depending on location with a 20% deposit. We can work with a variety of budgets (a typical budget is $150 per person).
- To ensure selection and sizes are available throughout the event, we stock every Pop-Up with 2-3 units per attendee.

We can host Paradise Pop-ups in any location we have a local store in the U.S Locate a store in the U.S. here. Unfortunately, we do not host Paradise Pop-ups outside the U.S.
How will I know you can host an event at my location?
Please contact us with the date, location, and expected number of guests. We'll check to make sure the date is available and will confirm whether we can host your event.
How do I secure my event date?
Once we agree on the budget, date, and times for your event, we'll send you an agreement and invoice for a 20% deposit.
Do I need to provide you with sizes?
No, we bring two to three items for every guest to account for sizes and ensure everyone gets a gift they want in the size they need.
What do I need to provide at my location?
A large space like a ballroom works best. We'll also need tables and chairs.
Can a gift selected at my event be exchanged?
Yes. We want to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied. Any gift selected can be exchanged at any Tommy Bahama full-price retail stores.
What can I order?
We'll work with you to curate an assortment of men's and women's apparel, accessories, and gift items perfect for your attendees.
How much will this cost?
We require at least a $20,000 minimum (depending on location) and can work with a variety of packages and budgets for your gifting experience.
Are there any additional charges?
Staffing, transportation of merchandise and fixtures, and dressing rooms are included for most events. Large, multi-day or out of area events may require accommodations and surcharges.
What is the lead time to book a Paradise Pop-up?
We can reserve dates up to 14 months prior to event. 90 days out is preferred minimum. Keep in mind, popular destinations and dates can fill up early. Contact us to check availability.
How do I book my event?

What forms of payment are acceptable?
Tommy Bahama accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, (no fees) ACH and wire transfers.
Can we leave a credit card on file?
No. For your protection, Tommy Bahama requires that credit card information is taken with each transaction.

We charge the applicable local sales tax based on where your event is held.
