As stated by other reviewers, the wood cover became warped and has now completely fallen apart. The rest of the cooler looks great. Please help me get a replacement cover.

Wood lid rotted
We loved this wood cooler when we purchased it. Unfortunately, it's not as well made as we thought it was, as the wood lid to the cooler has cracked and has prevented us from using the cooler.

Great cooler BUT lid falls apart
After a couple of years the lid of our cooler fell apart, rotted at the rear joint and broken in 2 pieces. This is kept under cover year round including totally out of the weather in winter.
Is there a way to get a new lid? Would be a shame to have to toss the entire cooler.
Can't seem to find a customer service phone number.
(Yes lid in the pics are wet, I went out in the rain to take them and then moved it back under the gazebo.

Backyard cooler
Cooler is great! Great looking, holds plenty of beverages, and keeps them cold. Now the issue. As stated by other reviewers, the wood cover became warped and has now completely fallen apart. The rest of the cooler looks great. Please help me get a replacement cover.

Love this cooler but lid is falling apart
The cooler is great, we used it for every party. Unfortunately, the lid is coming apart and is badly warped from water getting under the cover. It looks pretty bad and soon won't be very functional if the wood gets any worse.

Nice addition
Really love the look of this cooler. It fits in perfectly with our poolside decor. It came well packaged and was super easy to assemble. Love the height and the separator inside comes in handy when we want to keep alcoholic beverages on one side and non-alcoholic on the other side, the only negative would be it does not keep things cold for as long as our yeti or igloo coolers after 24 hours the ice is completely melted. The cooler is stored on our porch and doesn’t get exposure to sunlight at all. for the price we hoped it would keep things colder, longer .

Wood split in less than a month
The wood on top and wood in front split after 20 days. Cooler was kept on a covered patio. Very disappointed. Would not recommend at all. Only reason it got two stars was customer service was very good and is refunding without having to ship back.

Fantastic cooler very impressive to look at and keeps everything cool for the whole weekend. If you follow the directions and re coat the finish once a year it still looks like a million bucks. All I need is a new storage cover.

Lid Came Apart
We loved this cooler and took very good care of it by covering it with the cover provided when it was not in use. We hosted friends yesterday, and while cleaning it out, the wooden hinges broke, and now we cannot cover the cooler. I see that this is a common issue with this product. I bought an oasis wood cooler 2 years ago and it's already falling apart. The lid is warped and fel apart at the hinges Judging from the comments it seems that a lot of people iare having the same problem. Tommy bahamas should should assume responsibility for thie problem with this item or at least tell us where we can get a replacement lid I would assume that if this is an outdoor product at least the cover should be waterproof

Great Cooler for the patio!
We've gotten a lot of mileage out of the cooler. The only drawback is the cover is not water resistent and water got into the wooden lid and eventually broke the lid apart. I'm trying to find a replacement lid. The cooler is fully functional otherwise. How can I get a replacement lid?

Less than happy
The Tommy Bahama Oasis cooler was damaged at arrival even though the box looked fine. The wood is soft and was dented in 2 visible places. While it looks nice, we were not very happy with the dings.

Amazing Cart
So happy with this purchase. We needed something to use while we entertained outside. I was tired of going inside to get cold drinks. This cart kept everything cold and surprisingly the ice was still frozen the next morning. It has a ton of space and the quality is exceptional. Highly recommend this addition to your deck or patio!
