Best Holiday Gifts 2025: Unique Gifts by Exceptional Makers
The best gifts put a smile on faces—but our favorite gifts have a story to tell. This holiday season, we've partnered with four brands who share our mission of crafting thoughtfully made presents that bring beach tidings and good cheer. From treats that capture the essence of island living to gifts that pay it forward, we’ve curated the perfect options for everyone’s wishlist.
Honolulu Cookie Company®
You know them, you love them—they’re as much a symbol of hospitality as they are a sweet treat we can’t get enough of! We’ve partnered with the Honolulu Cookie Company® since 2013, but their story started in 1998 on O’ahu when entrepreneurs Keith and Janet Sung set out to create a cookie that captures the spirit of Hawaiian hospitality.
After iterating on the recipe for their famous pineapple-shaped shortbread cookies, they opened their first factory in Kalihi. Over the years, the recipe has been refined, but their commitment to quality has stayed consistent. To this day, their cookies are handcrafted, whether that’s hand-dipping the cookie in chocolate or hand-placing each tropical fruit morsel. Then they’re all hand-packed into their signature tins and boxes with eye-catching prints.
“The pineapple, recognized as the international symbol of hospitality, is one of our signature design elements, and we create our packaging with gifting in mind,” they said. “We hope everyone enjoys a taste of Hawaii through our pineapple-shaped cookies, creating a moment of aloha they can savor and share.”

Joy to the World Collectibles
Here’s a company that truly lives up to its name! Master artisans from Joy to the World Collectibles in Europe have created custom ornaments just for us this holiday season. Meticulously crafted from handblown glass, these custom ornaments resemble festive mainstays, like our holiday camp shirts and refreshing cocktails.
Their meticulous process features exceptional attention to detail, and it can take up to four months to produce just one ornament prototype. However, if you include the time it takes to develop the ideas for our collaborative ornaments, it can take almost a year—and not every idea makes the cut! In their words, “Each piece has to be really special in its own right to make the annual collection.”
“Inspiration comes from many different places,” they explained. “The collaboration with Tommy Bahama focuses on what we all should zero in on: having fun. We also like to keep up with what potential guests are passionate about. That can be the beach, pickleball, vintage décor—any number of things.”
The collection all starts with clay, carefully sculpted by hand and hardened into molds that define each ornament’s shape. Skilled artisans then blow glass and form it using these molds. After the glass has cooled, each ornament is painted—again, by hand—to add color and depth. Finishing touches, like a dusting of glitter, completes it, making each piece shine on the tree.
You can shop this year’s assortment on our site, which includes the Holiday Goldendoodle Ornament featuring Doggy Bahama himself, as well as the Mai Tai Ornament, featuring a coconut, to bring a little paradise to your holidays. Of course, you can’t miss the Holiday Camp Shirt Ornament either, featuring our Santa’s Vacation Camp Shirt recreated with the finest attention to detail.
“Ornaments typically are kept in a family's collection for generations. That is what makes them so special,” the Joy to the World team said. “We hope guests will feel some sort of emotional connection to the ornament as soon as they see it. It may commemorate a family beach trip, or the vacation you learned to surf, or just marking a special time in someone's happy place.”
2021 Co. Paper Goods
2021 Co. Paper Goods is the stellar team behind our Coastal Service stationery collection, designed with Tommy Bahama’s unique island-inspired details. For our holiday collection, we’ve partnered with them to create greeting cards with festive flamingos, gift tags, and flat note cards that add a little extra paradise to the season.
2021 Co. was founded by two best friends and entrepreneurs, Emily King and Nicole Couto, with the goal to make “the world a better place, one card at a time.” The kernel for this idea came after both Emily and Nicole experienced personal family tragedies, but in those dark moments, they found the motivation to turn things around and use their gifts for good. With uplifting messages, charming art, and quality stationery, they’ve been spreading kindness and joy since 2018.
Their process started with ideation and sketching, followed by rounds of review and refinement with the Tommy Bahama team. Once designs were close to final, Emily and Nicole added the finishing touches—think foil, hand lettering, luxe paper stock, and colorful envelopes.
“For us, it was about mixing our love for helping people connect (on paper!) with Tommy Bahama’s easygoing holiday vibe,” they said. “The holidays are interpreted in many ways, and this collection takes on the tropical feel that Tommy Bahama guests love—mixing classic holiday icons with a playful, island twist. Flamingos wearing scarves just works!”
“We hope guests feel a sense of joy and ease—like they’ve found a new way to celebrate the season that is meaningful to THEM. Our stationery is designed to inspire connection, whether it’s sending a card to someone far away or jotting a quick note to a neighbor during the holidays,” they added.
“Tommy Bahama has created an aspirational world of relaxation and fun, and we hope to have captured that spirit in this new collection. It sure has been fun for us!”

The Jacksons
Founded in 1998 by Louise Jackson (and at the time, her sister as well), The Jacksons is a hidden gem based in Notting Hill in London, that champions bright colors, unique clothing, and most importantly, sustainably made jute bags.
We collaborated with them to create two handmade clutches, both featuring inspirational words that match back to our women’s cashmere-blend sweaters. They make the perfect gift set for the woman on the go—and the woman who loves to relax.
The story behind these bags travels between London and rural southwest Bangladesh. Part of The Jacksons’ mission is to provide opportunities and livelihoods to more women in the area, employing their artisanal skills to handcraft their bags.
After landing on the perfect design for our special beaded purses, The Jacksons sent the final design to the team in Bangladesh, who began the true work of magic. Printing the design onto cotton, the artisans delicately sewed each glass bead by hand, accurately and with precision.
“One bag could pass through upwards of 15 people before being gifted to its final home,” said Josie Miller, a spokesperson for The Jacksons.
“We hope guests understand the impact this small, beaded purse has on such a vast community of women who, previously to being given the opportunity to work, now can help support their families, neighbors, and entire villages.”
Don’t miss your chance to give the most unique gift of the season—the hand-sewn nature of these bags makes each one slightly different, so you’ll be giving them something that’s truly one of a kind.
