GARNISH: Pineapple Wedge/Pineapple Frond

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 oz. Bacardí® Light
1.75 oz. Cream of Coconut
8-10 Cubes of Cored Pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 oz. Gosling’s Black Seal® Dark Rum

STEP 1:

Pour Bacardí®, Cream of Coconut, and Pineapple into a blender. Add 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.

 

STEP 2:

Pour into glass and top with Gosling’s Black Seal® Dark Rum. Garnish with pineapple wedge and pineapple frond.
