GLASSWARE: Martini

GARNISH: Crushed peppermint candy and chocolate ganache

 

INGREDIENTS

1 ¼ oz. Tommy Bahama Vodka* (or vanilla vodka)
2 ½ oz. White Chocolate Liqueur
¼ oz. Cream
1 Peppermint Candy or a 2" piece of Candy Cane (shaken with cocktail)

 

STEP 1:

Chocolate Ganache: Melt down the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool.

 

STEP 2:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into glass and garnish with crushed peppermint candy and chocolate ganache along the rim.
