Rated 1 out of 5 by Junkfroggy from Pillow case has hole after first gentle wash One of the pillow cases has a 2” tear along the seam after the first wash. Contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement pillow case and they requested that I reply to the email with a picture. I did and the email bounced. I tried calling customer service 3 times but just got put on eternal hold in the supposed queue. I even tried the callback and got none. I would not recommend buying this item. It appears to be low quality. Very disappointing as I was a loyal and frequent customer. Update: They eventually called back and offered to replace it.
