The XS was still roomy and was unflattering on me. If you like things to fit loose, you might size down 1 size, but if you like them to fit just right, I'd go down 2 sizes. The embroidery is very pretty, however the bright white color along with how baggy the top was on me just didn't work in my favor. If you're fair skinned like me, this might not be the top for you. I'm 5'4, 140lbs and the XS was too big.
