They are the best shorts for comfort, style and functionality. The cargo pockets are where I store my wallet and my cell phone. I can easily and often lightly touch the pocket to know both items are secure. The cargo pockets eliminates the discomfort of sitting on my wallet if it where in my back pocket. No cargo flaps makes retrival of my wallet and phone quick and easy. The overall appearance is slimmer and and more attractive (my wife's opinion). I play golf in these shorts, with my wallet and phone in place, and have never had them slip out. The only suggestions for improvement are to strengthen the stiching of the button above the zipper. It has detached on three pair of shorts (needle and thread and provided extra button does the trick); and strengthen the cargo pocket bottom seam - dropping my phone repeatedly into the left pocket has caused that seam to fail on two pair of shorts (again, needle and thread + glue is my recipe). Given I wear these shorts every day from March until November, they take a beating and still look and feel great. Highly recommend them.
