Defective wheell
Love the cooler, except that one of the four plastic wheels has developed a flat spot that causes the cooler assembly to bump along when you roll it. I'm told by the customer service folks at Tommy Bahama that they don't have spare parts for these coolers, and that their supplier Shelter Logic doesn't either. Seems strange that this is the situation, but the customer should be warned that if there are any problems or parts needed, that they aren't available. Why would Shelter Logic make a product and have no service or parts capability? I'm also surprised that you would lend your good name to a product like this with no customer support capability. I bought this cooler at Costco, but they don't deal with product warranties, so they referred me to you, and you referred me to Shelter Logic.

Still looking good
We're had the 100-qt. Rolling Cooler for over a year now with only one small problem, but it's new puppy related. We do keep it in our covered patio area, that has easy access to the backyard and covered when not being used. Now for the small problem, we need a drain plug.

Cooler breaking similar to other reviews
I love this cooler, but it has begun chipping at the edges like many other folks seem to have experienced. Would love it if someone could contact me about it, perhaps to order replacement parts.

Have 1 Concern
I purchased my Tommy Bahama rolling cooler at Costco. I use it on my covered patio. The stainless steel exterior cleans up well with Bar Keepers Friend, as does the rolling steel base and wicker bakset. Everything is holding up well--EXCEPT of the outer white exposed rim of the ice chest! The white plastic has failed everywhere along the outer rim. I feel like a child is going to get hurt on the rough edge where the plastic broke away.

This does not meet all day comfort
This cooler became corroded within 2 months. I have it under a covered patio and it has never gotten wet. It looks disgusting. Wish I had never spent my money.

Poor customer service follow up.
Cooler was good for awhile. Heat took its toll on it. We stored it shaded, inner liner cracked at the corners and hinges deteriorated. I have tried numerous times to acquire replacement hinges. I have talk with people but there is no follow up. Stil trying to locate replacement hinges.

Shell Rusting
The cooler is very cool but we have had several issues including cracking at the top, hinge broken on flip lid and now the entire cooler is beginning to rust.

Cooler looks great but cracked rsthervfast
We had this cooler for about 18 months and the last six months it started cracking anywhere there was plastic including the lid and inner white plastic.

Are there replacement parts for this cooler??
We wanted to love this cooler but within a year the inner has cracked in multiple places along the edge!! (See photos). We haven't even used it as a cooler because of this problem! When not in use as a decorative piece, the cooler is always stored in the garage so it's not been exposed to the elements. We love the look and hope to be able to get a replacement part so we can use this as a cooler! Thank you!

I really like the cooler but that's a lot of money
I am trying to get the double lids for the cooler as both have broken. I am also seeing that the cooler will rust. So, I will have to bring it in and out and make sure to dry it off. That is sad. Who wants to bring it back and forth inside then outside. Anyways, where do I get the replacement lids?

Started rusting within a day
I wish I read this comments before purchasing this. We just put it together and was out on our lanai for only a few hours next thing we knew, we noticed that it started to rust. We'll be returning this for sure

This cooler is definitely not the quality we expected from Tommy Bahama. We own lots of Bahama clothes and other accessories but this thing is junk. Lasted great for a year, then started falling apart. Plastic cracked allowing water to get trapped between the insulation and the bottom of the cooler so it doesnt stay cool long. Basket fell apart and lid broke off while opening it. The cooler was always used under cover or stored in a garage. Its was an expensive mistake... biggest problem is there are NO replacement parts. Overall very poor quality

We Love the looks of this cooler! But within a year the liner and lid cracked and warped rendering the unit useless!
Are replacement parts available?
TB items are EXPENSIVE, that usually means quality that the company stands behind. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This product did not meet up to quality expectations! Please help!

100 qt rolling cooler
Looks really cool but doesn't last. within a year the corners of the interior plastic cracked and the "hinge" on the top broke. the casters didn't hold up....those we just added washers to make the increased hole size workable. but need to know how to fix the interior plastic. The body gets little rust spots and the handles will rust.
What type of warranty is there?

Rusty Cooler.

Don't waste money on this cooler
I thought I was the only one having the problem but just like the majority of peoples reviews the inside of this cooler crack. Mine did the same thing and when I contacted customer service they only offered me 30% on the next cooler purchase ... for a cooler this expense this is not acceptable and I would rather to spend this much money once more . Warranty should cover and there should be recall on these coolers

So sad and heartbreaking

LOVE this rolling cooler...except for one thing...
Like the others here, I also have a cracked liner that is not replaceable. It's just a great cooler and the rest of it has held up well, but the liner cracked within a year. I wish they would come up with some sort of solution to this problem.

Do Not Purchase
I love this cooler. I've kept it cleaned up and shiny from the outset. Within 6 months, the plastic insert that holds the ice, cracked...in many places. I've contacted customer Service and their supplier. For whatever reason, as noted in many other Reviews, this part is not replaceable...even though there are more complaints about this part than any other. Too bad.
I cannot recomment this item.

Don't buy it. Looks good but sucks!
Tommy Bahamas doesn't care about the customer's experience. They take no roll in helping their clients. They push you to the manufacturer who can care less about our experience. Please don't buy it. The wheels broke and the stopper plug doesn't stay in. No replacements.
