What's the best way to reach Tommy Bahama to chat about Paradise Pop-Ups?

Where do you host Paradise Pop-ups?

We can host Paradise Pop-ups in most resort locations in the U.S. We do not host Paradise Pop-ups outside the U.S. but we can assist you with gifts and customized embroidery.

 

How will I know you can host an event at my location?

Please contact us with the date, location and expected number of guests. We'll check to make sure the date is available and will confirm whether we can host your event.

 

How do I secure my event date?

Once we agree on the budget, date, and times for your event, we'll send you a contract and an invoice for a 20% deposit.

 

Do I need to provide you with sizes?

No, we bring two to three items for every guest to account for sizes and ensure everyone gets a gift they want in the size they need.

 

What do I need to provide at my location?

A large space like a ballroom works best. We'll also need tables and chairs.

 

Can a gift selected at my event be exchanged or returned?

Yes. We want to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied. Any gift selected can be exchanged at any Tommy Bahama location.

 

What can I order?

We'll work with you select an assortment of men's and women's apparel and gift items perfect for your team.

 

How much will this cost?

We recommend a budget of $150 per person. We also require a $10,000 minimum to produce a Paradise Pop-up.

 

Are there any additional charges?

Staffing, transportation of merchandise and fixtures, and dressing rooms are included for most events.

 

What are your order lead times?

We prefer a lead time of 90 days prior to your event.

 

How do I place an order?

Contact us and we'll work out all the details in a contract.

 

What forms of payment are acceptable?

Tommy Bahama accepts Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. We also can accept checks, wire transfers, or invoice you with Net 30 terms upon qualification.

 

Can we leave a credit card on file?

No. For your protection, Tommy Bahama requires that credit card information is taken with each transaction.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge the applicable sales tax based on where your event is held.
