The tread I did not look like they would work on a wet golf course, but I did not try that out. I sent them back and I think I’ll find a more traditional golf shoe.

I have plantar fasciitis and my feet are also wide, so I was skeptical if I'd ever find a pair of shoes that would get me through a round of golf without my feet hurting. (I usually ride so that I can get off my feet during the round and I can't wait to take my golf shoes off when the round is over.) I purchased this pair and adjusted the laces so my wide feet had the room they needed. The supple leather also molded nicely to my feet and the arch support and cushioining is just right. The first day I wore them I noticed a huge difference--my feet were no longer in pain! (My arches usually start aching by the 4th hole.) I played three rounds in three days and my feet never felt better! These are a definite keeper and I just ordered three more pairs of various Olukai shoes. Highly recommend!
