Love it but…..
This chair is so comfortable and well made. You have to adjust the foot rest before you sit in it because it’s too hard and awkward to do sitting down.
My but…..it arrived with a defect - a chip in the plastic arm. I emailed Tommy Bahama last week but I received no response.

Like the chair...disappointed with shipping
Really like the chair, but not happy with shipping. We were going to buy this online (and get a $50 off new customer) but it said it was in stock in a store remotely close to us. We wanted it for a getaway long weekend 4-5 days away. The gentleman was very nice and said he could order it (without discount but ok) and that we would get it shipped in 2 days by Fedex and would get it in time. It says it on the receipt also-2 day Fed Ex. We did not get the chair until the following week after we came back from vacation. I was tracking the Fed Ex shipping and it took far longer than the 2 days. So overall the chair was great, but if ordering do not expect that you will get it in 2 days from Fedex. Expect a week or more. We called customer service but said there was nothing they could do about it.

Mixed Feelings
at first I was super excited about this chair yes I agree with others it is so loud not easy to collapse and the material hmmmmmm. I'm 235 and used it 8x and I'm not confident the fabric is going to hold up near my buttocks. I do love some of the features on there the bag cup holder and bottle opener along with some of the cushions it comes with not sure it's worth $145.

Read thur beach chair
Just got this chair so I really havent had the opportunity to use it at the beach. I have used it once in the back yard. Like the height of the chair for easy entry and exit. The padded foot rest is nice on the legs. Lots of padding for your head. Chair seems comfy as I did catch myself dozing. off. Not sure as to how easy it will be to carry it to the beach along with all your beach necessities. Looking forward to a relaxing day at the beach in my new chair

TB bookchair
This chair makes SOOOOO MUCH NOISE. it is ridiculously loud. Shame on you TB. I mean come on all someone has to do is sit in it. I'm afraid We are going to get kicked off the beach for making too much noise. Very dissapointed with purchase and ALMOST embarrassed to go to the beach with this chair. I CAN'T beleive no one mentioned this in previous reviews. PLEASE rethink materials used on this product. We own TB chairs now and they DO NOT sound like this chair. I'm so SAD that I spent money on this crappy chair.

Not really wowed on this $150 chair. Heavy fabric
Chair is a gift, but seems sturdy, and comfortable for long days at the beach. I was very disappointed to unbox it and find 3 distinctive dicolored splotches on the seat. Ialmost want to return, as it IS a gift. It's like it is oily, or wet. The chair is pretty heavy. I'm also concerned there is no real clasp to hold it together while transporting. There is a very thin strap that i guess weaves through legs, but i have up and just put it back in the box. Should i return? Maybe

A Throne the Beach!

Damaged in the box
My chair arrived in the box with the support bar under where you sit totally bent. Not noticing until I got to the beach and now I'm sitting in a broken chair first time using. Too late to return and I say in it and they out of stock for the last month.

High Five for a Five Star Rating Beach Chair
The chair is exceptionally wonderful, there is only one thing that I felt them moment I sat on it, feeling so relaxed and comfort like coming home after a long and tiring vacation and all you want to do is lay down in your own bed, this is how it feels like since you can transform it in a way you can lay on it on your back and facing down too in your stomach. It ga e me that five star rating for sure!

Best Beach/Pool chair!
Wow. How did I live without this foot rest? The best! Perfect for the beach and at the pool with grass!! 100 times better. I could sit for hours and hours. Chair is so comfy! Light and easy to carry!

Best River Chair for tanning
I've owned mine for 5 yrs now and it's held up to the hot AZ sun at the river. My family has fought over who gets to sit/lay in this chair all the time. I think its time I gift everyone one.
