It is an elegant but still casual dress to wear to any summer party. It flows due to the bias cut and since I don't like dresses that are more fitted at the waist, this is perfect. It does run super big. I usually buy a S or sometimes XS in Tommy Bahama clothes but this fit just right in XXS. Put some nice jewelry with it and you'll get raves.

It did the job beautifully. The cut is body skimming to the hips and then flares enough to allow air flow, but not so much to tangle or hinder movement. Simply add a hat and a scarf or stole for sun protection (and flare) and gather the compliments. The easy pull on style makes for quick changes poolside, and the linen blend fabric is comfortable in the heat. Some reviews mention the low cut of the armholes, I didn't find this a problem - only about an inch at most of my bathing suit too would show when I was reaching above my head. Hopes this helps you decide to buy this versitle dress for summer weather!

My normal size is large but the dress in size large was huge under armholes/across chest. Ordered the dress in size medium in a different color. When it arrived, it was much too tight over the chest. Sadly, I will return this dress. I recommend purchasing in store.
