Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for outdoor use The product write-up did not specify indoor use only, and they look like they are made to be outdoors. I bought these (Large and Small size) to use on our patio. Well, I have had them ouside for about a month and they are already disintergrating. The metal is turning white, the bases have seperated from the glass pineapple piece, and they are basically trash at this point. I just wish the product description was more clear on the fact that they are not outdoor friendly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice, but has a poor design As others have noted, this candelabra is poorly designed for use with real candles, as the only opening is at the top. Thus, shortly after lighting a candle and installing it, the candle will go out for a lack of oxygen. I was able to solve this by using a glass/tile drill bit and drilling a 3/16" hole through one of the lower glass windows. One hole provided enough oxygen to keep it lit, but I suspect that two holes would make the candle burn brighter. It took me about an hour to drill the hole. The framing is made of aluminum.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oxygen Deficient I have the large version and it works wonderfully. So, decided to add the smaller pineapple to my collection. Unfortunately, you can only use battery powered tea lights/candles with this as the top does not allow sufficient oxygen to enter and keep the candle lit. Using battery powered candles is okay, but I prefer to use scented tea candles and bought the smaller version for use indoors for this purpose. Amazing that no one would test the product before putting it into mass production.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small Pineapple Tealight Holder I bought this for a friend after seeing it at the Tommy Bahama restaurant. I thought she would love it and she did! Small, but eye catching!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Put Back Into The Box I received the tea light holder with some of the glass broken. I put the defective item back in the box and it sits waiting to be returned. I also have the large pineapple tea light holder which I purchased a couple years ago and the large holder is much a better quality with details better defined. Too bad the small holder is not the best quality when compared to the large holder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Charming Pineapple with so many uses! This is the perfect little pineapple to use as a center piece, to light a dark corner on a book case (with a battery operated candle) or anywhere in the house. It is well made with a beautiful thick glass that makes a small candle fill an area with light. I have two of these tealight holders and use them constantly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have the larger size but love this for on the dining room table Well made and eye catching. It adds to the centre piece without overwhelming.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Adorable but will NOT stay lit!!! The hole in the top of the candle is very small and does not allow enough oxygen to keep the candle lit!,,
