New favorite denim short!
Love these denim cutoffs. Soft with just a little stretch. Love the fit so much I bought the black pair. Great for vacation or everyday.

Prefer Hemmed Jean Shorts...
These are very comfortable. The fit is good. I would prefer to have hemmed Jean Shorts, but the Raw-Edge is okay.

Limited length and only one choice of denim shade
If you offered these shorts in 7" inseams along with the 5" with no raw-edge I would be buying a few pairs.I give 1 star only, because of the length and no choice of denim shades

5 Stars now a 1 Star
These are the worst shorts! I had initially posted a very positive review, until washing 2 times, they are falling apart. There is nothing to stop the fray, there should be a seam or hem. I had to trim the bottom stands after each wash.

Doesn't was well
I love the Tommy Bahama shorts. I have several pairs. I felt the legs were a little bigger then normal. When I washed them. The bottom of the shorts are a raw edge and Frey every time I washed them. I purchased Frey check on Amazon. It helped a lot.

Shorts need a little upgrade to make them great.
These shorts run true to size and are a nice style. After wearing them one time I can tell that the frayed hem is going to keep expanding making them shorter. Lots of little strings starting. I have less expensive denim cut offs that have a layer of stitching just above the raw edge that keeps this from happening and therefore extends the life of the shorts. Would have been nice to have this added value factor.

Perfect length and perfect fit. I have not washed yet so unsure what results will be on unraveling

Comfy denim
Really comfortable denim, they stretch but keep their shape all day without feeling stretch out like other denim that gets loose with wear. I want more of these in different colors

My wife loves these jean shorts. We always appreciate your products. Our closets are made up of at least 60% Tommy Bahama clothes. Thanks for providing such good quality.

Jean shorts, with a little bit of "give"!
These shorts have become one of my favorites! I took them on vacation and they are so comfortable! I love the stretch and a little bit of "give" that you don't typically get in jean shorts!

Flattering and fun
Cute, comfortable, nice length. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is the raw edge unravels with each wear. I would still buy again.

Great comfortable trend short
I love these shorts! They are perfect length for an on trend look without being to short. They have good stretch and do stretch some after wearing for a little bit so a tighter first try on is ok. They wash up great.
I am 5'7" 175 lb athletic build. So I love the stretch

DO NOT BUY - Poor quality
I bought these shorts after thinking long and hard about spending this much for jean shorts. I decided to keep them and wore them one time. I washed them that evening and literally was shocked when I took them out the the washng machine. The raw edge completely was desroyed, litteraly strings everywhere. For a brand like Tommy Bahama, I was very disappointed. I took them back to the store and was only offered a merchandie credit. I wanted to return them and expressed how I have many other things with the raw edge that did not completely unravel. I expect higher quality from Tommy Bahama Usually there is a fine stitched line to prevent this from happening. Do not buy these and unfortunately I am disappointed in the service after. I should have been my money back.
