I wanted another one in a different color so I bought the "newer" version (the exact style from last year was not being sold) but it is not nearly as supportive. It loses its support when it gets wet! Not very helpful for a bikini top. For $80 I expect better quality. I am very disappointed, especially since I thought I had finally found a great swim brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Saffyney from The only bikini top I wear anymore I currently own 4 of the Pearl Underwire Halter bikini tops and I probably will buy these forever. I've tried MANY other bikini tops but I either don't get the support I need (I wear 34D) or I get a lot of side boob, or worse, uni-boob. Halter top bikinis are best for the busty girls and the Tommy Bahama has the support, molded cups and underwire that are a girl's best friend. ONE THING I WOULD CHANGE: I would like the chest tie straps to be 3-4 inches longer. I have to make such a tiny bow (or a knot) in the back and would love it if the straps were longer and easier to tie. Other than that, DON'T CHANGE A THING!

The thicker straps are much better than a string that can dig into your skin and neck. Also hides that pesky axillary fat. Love all of Tommy Bahama bathing suites but my third one of this style so I’m pretty hooked on these comfortable and flattering suites.

The straps are long enough to allow easy adjustment, so the 38 DD could work for someone who is a 42DD if needed. They are durable and fade resistant (I live in Florida and go to the beach and pool weekly). I also wear these under my wet suit when scuba diving and they are very comfortable. Highly recommend! I have 5 of these bikini tops in various colors ( purple, navy, green, red and pink). Iv had this style for over two years and i havnt had the under wire break or poke out

While the top fits very well, the molded cups stay wet forever which can be very uncomfortable unless you are somewhere tropical. I'm thinking of trying the newer style with over the shoulder straps.

I have this suit in red bc you have to have a red bikini. I don't worry about "slipping" out of it. And in a bikini, half of it is being confident of what you are wearing. Will purchase again!

Bathing suits are the worst to find. But this top is amazing, I can wear it all day comfortably, it gives total support and has a nice cut. I highly recommend this top.

First suit I bought, bottom lost all elasticity after one vacation. Disappointed because it is pricey. Broke down and bought a second set (top and bottom) as I like the fit a lot. Would have just bought another blue bottom but they change the colors often. Hope this red one lasts longer.

I purchased this bikini top (and bottom) in a gorgeous blue and from the moment I put it on I was thrilled. Having it in bra sizes made it a perfect fit. It is very well made. I have since purchased it in pink and black. I would highly recommend this product. It is very flattering.

I am a 38D - these provide support and look classic. However on this top I have noticed that there is a change in material and this top doesn't seem to be made with the same quality fabric the others from years past have been made with. Though I still recommend the product I am noting I have noticed the change in fabric.
