They do run Very Large and I had to size down from medium to small (5'2" 135#). But they were worth having to go into down to return and do the exchanging. Definitely recommend these pants.

It doesn't wrinkle, is comfortable, doesn't shrink in washer or dryer and looks beautiful every time I wear them. The ratio between waist size and hip size is right on. I started out with one pair and have purchased several more just in case they are not offered again next year. Wish they came in navy, too. And I hope to see more off this fabric in other styles of Tommy Bahama pants!
