Ok I love this chair so much! My mom was so obsessed with it that I bought her the turtle palm print for Mothers' Day. I've been eyeing the Tommy Bahama beach chairs for a few years now but none of the prints jumped out at me. I checked the website one last time before I was going to order an older model off of Amazon and fell in love with this print. The new wooden arms give it that classic yet modern vibe. I cannot wait to take this to the beach all the time this summer!

Versatile and stylish chair
Love this chair! It is so versatile and easy to get to the beach! You can just carry it as a backpack and then once you get to the beach you can use it as a beach chair or to fully lay out since it converts into a beach lounger! Love the pockets, they can easily fit 20 beers! And the pillow is a wonderful added touch for comfort. Bought these for my boyfriend and I for Christmas and we both absolutely love them!

Last summer my wife commented on how nice the Tommy beach chairs that other beach goers had were. So, I logged that one in the old noggin and when Christmas was approaching, I saw this new palm print chair and ordered immediately! Can't wait to see just how much better she'll make this chair look this summer.

We saw a couple with these at Austin City Limits and were so enamored with these chairs that we creepily took pictures so we could track them down and order some for ourselves. And they do NOT disappoint. They are comfortable, fold easily, the storage compartments are great, and they look amazing. Now WE are the envy of the beach (or music festival, BBQ, waiting in line at the DMV, ANYTHING!)

Absolutely love the chair for many reasons.
This is a perfect beach chair. It has many great, useful features. It is easy to assemble and fold up to carry. It is also lightweight. I like the easy-to-use pouch in the back. The chair is also comfortable to sit in and one does not get sore when sitting for a long time. I LOVE the colors and print. It makes me feel like I am in a tropical island.

The Tommy Bahama backpack beach chair is hands down the best beach chair available for purchase you can find at the moment!! Love it so much I had to buy a second! My dad living it up in Florida, saltlife, also uses his 2 DAILY for years now!! Constantly being exposed to salt water, sand and sun, it still shows beautifully, no signs of fading yet! The bottom "cooler" pouch keeps drinks cold even on a scorching hot day! Love the Tommy Bahama beach chair, you need to get yourself one!

Great Beach Chair - fantastic pattern
I purchased this chair for my wife for Christmas (as she bought the rest of the family ones last year - I thought it was only fair :)) and with some recent warm days and vacation we hit the beach. The elitest of beach chairs!
This is my forth Tommy Bahama Backpack Beach Chair... Although it is a bit on the pricey side, it is well worth it! The chair has a cooler compartment to keep your drinks cold and your lip gloss from melting... The chair also has a compartment for keys, wallet, suntan lotion, etc. and a side pocket for a beverage and sun glasses, etc. And of course, the chair reclines! I think the current rental per day at the beach (Isle of Palms) ranges from $10 to $20... and you never know who was sweating in that chair last!!! Carries easily on your back with padded straps like a backpack!

Unfortunately BAD quality
I ordered two of these around Christmas. They came is SUPER cute and comfortable but noticed one of the wooden arms was cracked. Tommy Bahama graciously refunded us for the chair and we were able to mend the crack the best we could. So we thought all was great...
Yesterday we pulled the beach chairs out to use as seats in the living room while awaiting our new living room furniture and a different chair arm broke right away! We got that fixed with glue and now the other chair's arm broke too!!! We are very average sized people and are very lightly using the chairs...they haven't even made it to the beach yet! Totally and completely disappointed because they're so cute and comfortable but poor quality :(

Pretty chill beach chair with a lot of nice features
Love to sit on the beach and read in this char. They have thought to put some nice features to make me grab this chair instead of the others I own. We live at the beach, so we have collected several beach chairs so guests can use them, too. The only things missing are an extension that would allow a full body supported when it's time to flip over for even sun exposure, (like my Ostrich beach chair, though that chair is kinda heavy),...and a hook for a beach bag to hang off the back up from the sand in case a rogue wave catches us off guard...plus maybe built in speakers w/cell phone connection to enjoy Jimmy Buffett tunes while chilling and watching the waves. Other than that, I love the palm print and the wood arm rests that give it a classier appeal than all metal and canvas. I like the cooler pack and the pockets for cell phone, etc. Nice chair, you'll be happy with this purchase. Tommy Bahama chairs really stand out at the beach as the finest.

This chair is trendy, comfortable, organized, and convenient!
First off, the print is amazing. SO stylish and I am complemented on it whenever I use it. Besides that it is the perfect chair for comfort allowing you to sit up tall for the active beach go as well as comfortably lay all the way back for a snooze and to stretch out more. My favorite part about it though is how convenient it is! The back pack straps are comfty and adjustable and the large pockets in the back allow me to fit all of my things leaving me hands free on my walk to the beach. The pockets are big and one is insulated so I can keep my snacks and drinks separate and cold. Lastly once I am sitting pretty in my chair, their is a flap on the arm rest for my phone to keep close by as well as a drink or book!
Totally worth the cost and is definitely a chair I will use and have for years of beach days to come!

My wife steals it from me every time we go to the beach. Much more comfortable than those chairs they sell upmarked at the beach stores down the shore. You will be the coolest cat at the beach with the super sweet design! Love this Tommy Bahama chair, just have to buy another one so me and wife both have one!

Love these chairs!!!

This product is great for trips to the beach.
Chair is sturdy, folds easily and I love the pockets on the back of the chair. We have used them at the beach several times. We pack drinks, food, books, etc. in the pockets and use the shoulder straps to carry the chairs from our car to the beach saving us the need to use other containers such as a small cooler.
