Love this dress!

Pretty!
Received this as a gift and it’s very pretty! Love the stand out colors! Pink is my favorite! It does run a bit big - just have to realize it’s not a fitted dress because if you go smaller it is too tight under the armpits. Anyway it was perfect for our Hawaiian Vacation! I’m 5’4” 125# and have this in XS for reference

Pretty But Disappointed
This was the first piece of clothing I bought from Tommy Bahama and I must say I was impressed with its packaging relative to other online clothing purchases. The dress was lovely; it was soft & nicely lined inside. However, unlike the picture, it is a very billowy type of shape; not the "sheath" looking style from the picture; therefore I had to return mine. It was way too big & fit more like a house dress than the lovely sheath look of its picture. Its a beautiful fabric though. A shame.

pretty pattern
I bought this dress because I loved the pattern and the fabric. Unfortunately the dress runs very big. I'm size 4 or Small 5'6" tall so I ordered this dress in size Small but when I put it on it looked like M/L. I have few dresses from TB linen and cotton and size Small always fits perfect. The arm openings are huge so my bra was showing and the rest looked like a baggy straight shape. Maybe if it was couple sizes smaller it would look better, but I'm not going to find out.

Comfortable but Baggy
I bought this dress, because the color was so beautiful, BUT, as stated in other reviews the dress is baggy looking from the waist down. I am a size 6 and 124 lbs, so it makes you look bigger than you really are. The solution was to wear a white belt around my waist, which gave it a more fitted appearance. I kept the dress, because the fabric was light and comfortable. BV

This dress fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I like the fabric, which is a type of linen, but it wrinkles less and is more comfortable than a lot of other linens. It’s very soft. It’s lined so I was worried it might be too hot, but it was fine.

MaKe A LonG mAxI Of tHis DrEss!!
Out of the 2 dozen or so TB dresses, this is one of the best motifs made into a dress. I had to buy it because I loved the colors so much, but can't wear it as often because it's short. I wish you'd make this in a LONG MAXI DRESS!!!
One more note about softness: this one is not as soft as somme of my dresses... TB needs to look into new softer materials --OUT with lyocell, linen, scratchy cloths, and IN with cool rayon, micro cottons!!

Not a good fit!
I returned this dress as it did not fit well. The pockets in the hip area are dreadful. They make the hips look wide and poof out at the sides.
The top of the dress fits true to size --but from the bust down-- it is just big and baggy.
The fabric is beautiful. I wish they would rid of the pockets and slim the dress at the waist and hip area.

Lovely Tropical Dress
Love, love, love this beautiful tropical shift dress. The dress hangs well with the lining for a slightly curvy shape for hips. The length is perfect, being above the knee (I'm 5'7") but not mid thigh. I can wear this dress for casual wear or a dressier occasion. I also like the fact that this dress has splashes of color but not a lot of solid white. I am fair and the white makes me look washed out. I purchased the Lea Open Linen Cardigan in pink which really looks great and works well for chilly nights or air conditioned restaurants here in Florida.
